Our last Bermuda lawn came back in patches after a bad February. These guys explained the cultivar difference, put in Latitude 36, and it greened up even across the whole yard this spring. First time that has happened here.

Flat back yard that held water for two days after every storm. They shot the grade, cut a swale to the alley, then sodded over it. You cannot tell anything was done and it stays dry.

Hit caliche about six inches down. They had already probed it and it was in the quote, so no surprise change order. Ripped it, punched through, amended, and the grass has rooted deeper than the old lawn ever did.

Wanted green in the winter without a huge water bill. They put fescue on the shady north side, buffalo grass out front, and were honest that the fescue would cost more in July. Exactly as described.

Did our HOA entries and the common area. They set the sprinklers to run early because of the wind, blew the system out in the fall, and sent the insurance certificate before I asked twice.

Big brown circles every spring that I thought were grubs. Turned out to be spring dead spot and they treated it in the fall instead of selling me an insecticide in March. Way fewer patches this year.
